Good restorative dentistry means being straight with you about trade-offs. A few things worth knowing before you choose.
Gum disease must be treated first, and adequate bone confirmed on a scan. Where bone has shrunk, grafting or basal implants can still make it possible — but that's established case by case, not promised on a website.
Trimming the neighbours is irreversible — worth it in the right case, wasteful in the wrong one. We'll tell you which yours is.
Even excellent dentures need an adaptation period for speech and chewing, and periodic relines as the jaw changes shape underneath them.

The honest answer needs an examination and a scan, and we give it to you with the trade-offs spelled out.
No — and knowing the difference is the skill. A tooth with a sound root and enough structure can usually be rebuilt with a filling, root canal or crown. A tooth that is fractured below the gum line, or too decayed to hold a restoration, is better replaced. We tell you the prognosis honestly before treating.
