Itemised, written pricing — the plan and the total agreed before any work begins
A smile makeover at Arasu Dental Care can range from around ₹10,000 for a whitening-led refresh to ₹2,00,000 or more for a full veneer makeover — and a comprehensive full-mouth cosmetic rehabilitation can reach up to ₹6,00,000 for the most complex cases. The range is wide for one honest reason: a smile makeover is not a single treatment. It is a plan built from whichever treatments your smile actually needs — whitening, veneers, bonding, gum reshaping, alignment or crowns — so your figure depends on which of these apply to you and how many teeth are involved.
On this page we set out what each route typically costs at our R.S. Puram and Saibaba Colony clinics, what moves the price up or down, and exactly what is included when we quote you — so you can plan with real numbers instead of a vague “starts from.”

The Numbers
Because a makeover is assembled from different treatments, the clearest way to read the cost is by approach — from a light brightening to a full-mouth transformation. These are the typical ranges at Arasu Dental Care.
| Smile makeover approach | What it usually involves | Typical cost at Arasu |
|---|---|---|
| Whitening-led refresh | Professional whitening with minor reshaping and polishing | ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 |
| Veneer or bonding makeover | Composite or porcelain veneers / bonding across the 6–10 teeth that show when you smile | ₹30,000 – ₹2,00,000 |
| Alignment + finish | Clear aligners to straighten first, then whitening or veneers to finish | ₹80,000 – ₹3,50,000 |
| Full-mouth cosmetic rehabilitation | Veneers or crowns across the arch with bite correction, for worn or heavily restored teeth | ₹1,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 |
Most cosmetic makeovers focus on the 6–10 front teeth visible in your smile, which is why the mid-range routes cluster there. Every range above is a guide — your exact quote comes after we examine your teeth and agree a plan.
The Building Blocks
A makeover quote is the sum of its parts, so seeing each treatment’s own price shows you where your figure comes from — and where you can flex it. Our per-treatment pricing:
| Treatment | Cost at Arasu | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Professional teeth whitening | ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 | In-office laser/LED ₹15,000–₹20,000; take-home kits ₹2,000–₹6,000 |
| Composite veneers / bonding | ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 / tooth | Placed in a single visit; lower cost, shorter lifespan |
| Porcelain veneers (laminates) | ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / tooth | Lab-made; stain-resistant and longer-lasting |
| Zirconia / high-strength ceramic veneers | ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 / tooth | For strength together with a natural look |
| Dental crowns (tooth caps) | Confirmed at consultation | Used mainly in full-mouth rehabilitation cases |
| Gum contouring / reshaping | Confirmed at consultation | Where a gummy smile or uneven gum line is part of the plan |

Reading The Price
Two people can both want “a nicer smile” and get very different quotes. These are the factors that decide where your figure lands:
Number of teeth. A makeover usually covers the 6–10 teeth in your smile line — more teeth, or full-arch work, costs more.
Material. This is the single biggest lever. Composite is more affordable; porcelain and zirconia cost more per tooth but last longer and resist staining.
Whether alignment is needed first. If your teeth need straightening before the finish, a course of clear aligners is added to the plan.
Case complexity. Gaps, a gummy smile, worn or broken teeth, and heavy discolouration each need more planning and layered treatment.
Digital planning. A digital smile preview or mock-up, where we use it, lets you see the result before we begin — a small add-on that reduces guesswork.
Staging. Spreading treatment over phases can change how and when you pay, without changing the quality of the result.
No Surprises
Transparent pricing is one of the things we hold ourselves to. When we quote a smile makeover at Arasu, the figure is a written plan — the specific treatments, the number of teeth, the materials, and the total — agreed with you before any work starts, so there are no surprises later.

Book a consultationHonest Considerations
Material is the biggest lever on both price and how long your makeover lasts, so it is worth understanding before you decide. Composite — the same tooth-coloured resin used in fillings — is more affordable and can often be placed in a single visit, but research suggests composite veneers typically last around 5–7 years before they need refreshing. Porcelain costs more per tooth, yet it resists staining and lasts longer.
There is no single right answer. Composite makes sense if you want a lower upfront cost or a more reversible change; porcelain makes sense if you want the longest-lasting result and are comfortable with the higher investment. Results vary from person to person, and habits such as grinding, biting nails or skipping check-ups shorten the life of any veneer. At your consultation we’ll tell you honestly which material suits your teeth, your habits and your budget — not simply the most expensive one.
Longevity figures are general clinical findings, not a promise for any individual case.
Spreading The Cost
Because a makeover can be a meaningful investment, we keep the payment side flexible. We accept UPI, cash, debit and credit cards, and net banking, and EMI / no-cost EMI options can be discussed at your visit to spread a larger plan over time. Many patients also choose to stage the work — for example, whitening now and veneers later — which spreads the cost naturally.
Pay by UPI or bank transfer at either branch.
Debit and credit cards, or cash — whatever suits you.

Who Plans Your Smile
A makeover is only as good as the plan behind it. Yours is designed by specialists who work in the same two clinics — so the alignment, the cosmetic finish and the pricing are planned together, not by clinics that never speak.
Cosmetic & Conservative Dentist · BDS, PGDHM, MDS
Our smile-design work is led by Dr. L.S. Priyanka, whose MDS is in conservative dentistry and endodontics — the science of keeping as much of your natural tooth as possible. That matters for a makeover: the aim is maximum improvement with the minimum tooth removed. When a makeover starts with straightening, our founder Dr. P.S. Sree Cumar, an orthodontist, plans the aligner stage — so the alignment and the cosmetic finish are designed together. You can read more on our smile designing page.

FAQs
For most people the value is in how long it lasts and how natural it looks. A well-planned makeover in durable materials can serve you for a decade or more, which spreads the cost over many years. The honest test is your own goals — at a consultation we’ll tell you what a realistic result looks like for your teeth before you decide.
Professional whitening (₹5,000 – ₹10,000) is usually the most affordable single step and makes a visible difference on healthy, well-shaped teeth. If chips or gaps are the issue, composite bonding from ₹3,000 per tooth is the lower-cost route. We’ll point you to the smallest change that gets you the result you want.
Purely cosmetic work is usually not covered, but restorative elements — such as a crown on a broken tooth — sometimes are. We’ll flag which parts of your plan might qualify so you can check with your insurer.
It depends on the plan. Whitening can be a single visit; composite bonding is often one or two; porcelain veneers usually take two or three; and a makeover that starts with alignment runs over several months. We’ll give you a visit-by-visit timeline with your quote.
Yes — many patients do. Staging (for example, whitening now, veneers later) spreads the cost over time, and EMI options can be discussed at your visit. We’ll sequence the work so each stage stands on its own.
Most cosmetic steps are gentle, and anything involving tooth preparation is carried out under local anaesthesia so the visit itself is comfortable. We explain each step before we begin, and we’re used to working with nervous patients.
